us judge suspends birth control rule for private business

A federal judge in Colorado ruled July 27 that a local business owned by a Catholic family does not have to provide employees with insurance coverage of birth control, Reuters reported. District Judge John Kane in Denver temporarily blocked the federal government from the enforcing the contraception requirement against the Catholic owners of Hercules Industries Inc, a private manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
